Cheryl Piper Bluffs - Cheryl Elaine Piper, 73, of Bluffs passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024 at her home. She was born November 4, 1950 in Jacksonville the daughter of Lloyd and Loraine Dawdy Wooldridge. She married Roger Piper on April 21, 1979 in Barrow and he survives. She is also survived by her daughter, Trista Crabtree (John Cunningham) of Jacksonville; her granddaughter, Jaden Nave (Jonathan Fairless) of Jacksonville and her nephew, Jeremy Wooldridge of Chatham. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Lloyd "Petey" Wooldridge. Cheryl was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She had worked as a flagger, hairstylist and caretaker. She loved her pets and enjoyed playing the piano, tending to her flowers, thrift shopping, road cruises, girls trips and spending winters with her husband in Key West. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in White Hall with burial at Richwoods Cemetery east of Roodhouse.
